6 Ways to Savor Our New Banana Berry Chia

6 Ways to Savor Our New Banana Berry Chia

Posted by Hannah Barnstable on

 1. Enjoy with a big, cold splash of your favorite milk.

Our grain-free muesli has the perfect consistency to enjoy the classic way: poured in a bowl and topped with cold milk!

 2. Eat it on its own.

The Seven Sundays team has been known to take a bag anywhere and everywhere for hangry moments. (Portion control = non existent!)  Banana Berry Chia is delicious on its own right out of the bag for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

 3. Toss it into your favorite pancake mix.

Add a handful into just-add-water pancake and waffle mix for a twist on classic pancakes! Your cakes will come out with an extra satisfying crunch and we pinky swear you won't be hungry for hours.

4. Add a handful to your favorite muffin and quick bread recipes.

Whether Paleo or not, our grain-free muesli adds the perfect nutty crunch to muffins or banana bread! We whipped up a batch of Ambitious Kitchen's Vegan Paleo Banana Muffins with Chocolate Chips and snuck in a scoop of grain-free. The result? Muffin perfection.

5. Sprinkle on top of your go-to smoothie.

Think of it like adding granola but with some extra nutrients and without the grains and added sugar! Smoothie inspiration from our friends @miss_whisk (left) and @xoxo_susel (right).

 6. Make a Salad

No, that's not a typo! Follow the simple recipe below for a healthy + flavorful Torn Kale + Grain Free Muesli salad (AKA what we’ve started every dinner with lately), complete with Maple Balsamic Dressing.

Torn Kale + Grain Free Muesli Salad

For the salad:

2 cups torn kale (no stems)
1/2 cup Banana Berry Chia Muesli

For the dressing:

In a small jar, measure 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp balsamic, 1 Tbsp Greek yogurt, 1 tsp maple syrup and pinch of salt. Shake until well combined.
