Rise & Shine Chia Seed Pudding
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of monk fruit sweetener (or sugar, stevia, agave, whatever you like)
Small splash of vanilla extract
Stir ingredients in a jar or container and leave it in the fridge overnight. Top it with Seven Sundays Rise & Shine muesli plus anything you’d put on a smoothie bowl or oats: almond butter, chocolate pieces, fresh fruit, etc...
