HANNAH, FOUNDER & CEO
Hannah started Seven Sundays in 2011 with four muesli recipes, an old Raleigh bike (with a sweet trailer), some rented after hours kitchen space at a friend’s restaurant and a crazy desire to flip the cereal aisle on its head. When she isn’t buried in Excel spreadsheets or off selling muesli, she’s out running, browsing in grocery stores or in the kitchen making meals from scratch for her sweet family of four.
Q: What is your favorite and preparation style of muesli? A: The Original, big splash of cold almond milk, a small, thick spoonful of Greek yogurt, a drizzle of honey and a handful of sliced strawberries. Add piping hot coffee with cream and everything is great in the world. Q: What is the best part of your morning? A: Literally everything, because I love mornings. I could end my day at 10:00 am and be happy! But to list a few…1) Watching the sun rise on Lake Harriet while out on a run. 2) The first sip of coffee. 3) Waiting to see which of my boys wakes up to join me first – it’s usually Louis.
BRADY, CO-FOUNDER & COO
It was Brady's idea to go to New Zealand for the honeymoon, so he usually takes all the credit for Seven Sundays. Formerly an environmental consultant, Brady started with Seven Sundays in 2013 to help with supply chain, operations and branding. Outside of the office, Brady is usually out playing basketball, running or fly fishing.
Q: What is your favorite and preparation style of muesli? Right now I am hooked on the Cocoa with fresh cold milk and raspberries. In the summer I will go back to soaked Bircher, but now it's all Cocoa. Q: What is the best part of your morning? I am not the morning person that Hannah is, so a stop at the local coffee shop before going to the office is key. I have developed an appreciation for getting up early enough to go for a run or meditate and eat a good breakfast. I also love the first sound of tiny footsteps upstairs and that first sight of bedhead peaking around the corner.
ANDY, JACK-OF-ALL TRADES
Q: What is your favorite and preparation style of muesli? During the weekday, its usually Original muesli with milk. When I have extra time on the weekends, I love a good baked muesli. Just mix with milk, toss in an egg, bake for 10 minutes. Good to go.
Q: What is the best part of your morning? A: French press coffee, turn on the Today Show and snuggle with my big puppy, Ernest, for a few minutes before heading off to work.
BRITT, CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
Q: What is your favorite way to eat muesli? A: I like to make a muesli bake and have it with berries and yogurt.
Q: What is your morning routine? A: My first, second and third cup of coffee. And when my kitty jumps in my lap and tries to convince me to stay home from work.
