Typically eaten cold with milk or yogurt or hot with water.

100% whole grains: gluten free oats, sorghum and buckwheat
Organic honey sourced from the rainforest of Brazil
Super seeds including pepitas, chia, flax and sunflower
Sun dried fruits: coconut, blueberries, cherries and currants
Spices: cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla and lemon

HISTORY

Muesli was invented in the late-1800s by a Swiss Physician named Maximilian Bircher-Benner, who wanted to create a product to heal his sick patients without the use of medicine. His theory of life was based on harmony between people and nature. He was our kind of dude!
