Grain Free Muesli Breakfast Cookies
1.5 cups @sevensundaysnm Strawberry Banana Nut Rise and Shine Mix
1/2 C nut butter
1/4 Cup chia or hemp seeds
1 egg
2.5 TBSP maple syrup or mink fruit maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
2-3 scoops collagen peptides (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350, line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Add all Ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine
3. Form dough into balls and place on baking sheet (recipe makes 10 cookies)
4. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown
