We are creating the best possible breakfast experience that delivers amazing taste, maximum nutritional value and minimal environmental impact. That means sourcing plant-based, nutrient dense ingredients that are good for the health of our soils, our farmers, our consumers, and ultimately, our planet. Above all, we promise to be honest and transparent in everything we do. We are not perfect company, but we are on a journey to get #bettereveryday.
These are the values that we will lean on to get us there:
- Be disruptive. The food system in the U.S. is broken, particularly in the cereal aisle. We are part of the solution, working directly with farmers, suppliers and retail partners to grow the demand for healthy, regenerative and sustainable ingredients.
- Foster goodwill. In our family, we live by the golden rule and our company is no different. We treat our employees, community and customers the same way and promise to always do the right thing over profit.
- Create the best food experience. Food should be enjoyed, not just eaten. We create products that leave you feeling the best about the taste, quality of ingredients and where they came from.
We are a proud Certified B Corp!
In August 2019 we became a Certified B Corporation. Certified B Corporations are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose. In doing so, we join a community of companies we have long admired, like Patagonia and Peace Coffee, in accelerating a global culture shift to redefine success in business and build a more inclusive and sustainable economy. This has been a goal of ours since the early days of Seven Sundays and is a culmination of efforts we have made over the last five years to minimize our environmental impact, treat our employees like family, and give back to the community. If you are interested in learning more about why we chose this path and how we got there, we have a full blog write up here. We loved going through this process as a company and would love to help others get there. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
