3-Ingredient Almond Butter Muesli Bars


+ 3 cups Seven Sundays Wild & Free muesli⁠
+ 1/2 cup almond butter (or sub any nut butter you have)⁠
+ 1/2 cup honey⁠

Pour dry muesli into a large bowl and set aside. Combine almond butter and honey in a pot over medium heat. Heat until just bubbling, stirring often. Pour almond butter/honey mixture over the dry muesli and use a spatula to combine well. Press evenly into an 8x8" pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze 1+ hours, cut into bars, and store in the fridge for snacking all week long!

    Hi! This recipe has nice ratios of ingredients. I used Bob’s Redmill Gluten-free muesli. The bars are very soft and fall apart easily. They taste good, but generally too soft for my liking. I keep them in the fridge (like recipe says) and they stay firm. I have been crumbling over plain whole milk yogurt- very tasty!
