We recently felt inspired to turn the classic peaches-and-cream flavor profile into a simple overnight jar of muesli. The result is a naturally sweet chilled breakfast masterpiece that's perfect right out of the fridge on a steamy summer morning!
p.s. Oat milk is perfect for this recipe, given its thick and creamy consistency, but whole dairy milk works well, too!
Peaches and Cream Overnight Muesli
3/4 cup Seven Sundays Farmers Market Mix (Almond Date Currant)
3/4 cup oat milk (or whole dairy milk)
Splash heavy cream
1/2 ripe peach, diced
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp sliced almonds
Combine and stir all ingredients except the almonds and heavy cream in a tall jar and place in fridge to soak overnight. In the morning, top muesli with a few additional diced peaches, a sprinkle of sliced almonds, and a splash of heavy cream. Enjoy!
