Peaches and Cream Overnight Muesli

You know its mid summer when ripe, juicy stone fruits are front and center at your local market. We recently felt inspired to turn the classic peaches-and-cream flavor profile into a simple overnight jar of muesli. The result is a naturally sweet chilled breakfast masterpiece that's perfect right out of the fridge on a steamy summer morning! 

p.s. Oat milk is perfect for this recipe, given its thick and creamy consistency, but whole dairy milk works well, too!

Peaches and Cream Overnight Muesli

3/4 cup Seven Sundays Farmers Market Mix (Almond Date Currant)
3/4 cup oat milk (or whole dairy milk)
Splash heavy cream
1/2 ripe peach, diced
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp sliced almonds

Combine and stir all ingredients except the almonds and heavy cream in a tall jar and place in fridge to soak overnight. In the morning, top muesli with a few additional diced peaches, a sprinkle of sliced almonds, and a splash of heavy cream. Enjoy!
