WHAT IS GLYPHOSATE?
Glyphosate, or Roundup, is a common pesticide used to dry crops for an earlier & more consistent harvest
WHY IS GLYPHOSHATE TROUBLESOME?
Glyphosate is a toxic chemical likely to be carcinogenic and dangeous to human health
WHERE IS GLYPHOSATE FOUND?
Glyphosate is most commonly found on oat and wheat crops, but is used on a variety of crops
Thanks to the work of the Environmental Working Group, we know that Big Cereal companies are knowingly promoting and selling oatmeals, cereals and bars that contain glyphosate. Many of these products are marketed toward kids, the most vulnerable group affected by glyphosate.

WE GET TO KNOW OUR FARMERS & SUPPLIERS
We only source oats from farmers and mills that prohibit the use of glyphosate as a pre-harvest desiccant
WE SOURCE ORGANIC IF POSSIBLE
Our priority is to source regeneratively and organically when feasible
WE VOLUNTARILY THIRD PARTY TEST
We regularly test our cereals for the presence of glyphosate with a third party lab and share our results
In our latest voluntary third-party test, < 0.01 mg/kg of glyphosate (NONE) was found in our oat-based mueslis, both conventional and organic. The US's acceptable daily intake is 1.75 milligrams per kilogram of bodyweight per day.
