What you’ll need:
Your favorite flavor of Gray Duck Chai (I used Nine Spice Blend)
Milk (I used Kalona 2%)
Yogurt (We typically have a plain greek yogurt on hand)
Coffee coffee coffee (We get our Peace Coffee beans out of the bulk section at Lakewinds)
In a small saucepan combine 3/4 c. chai and 3/4 c. milk and heat on medium. Once steaming add 1 c. of muesli. Stir to combine. Continue to heat over medium until muesli has reached desired fluffiness. Serve muesli into bowls and add a dollop of yogurt. Top with a generous pour of hot coffee.
Think of it as a warm, healthy, breakfast chai affogato.
Trade show attendance is a very necessary piece to owning a start-up in the food industry. You go and set up a table and hand out sample and check out what samples your neighbors are handing out and try to make a couple of good connections and have some fun. At a recent trade show Brady met the wonderful people at Gray Duck Chai, a Minnesota couple hand-brewing the best chai. We love connecting with new, local brands and seeing how they pair with muesli!
