Blueberry Chia Muesli Spelt Scones

Makes 6 large scones

2 1/2 c. spelt flour

1 cup Blueberry Chia Buckwheat Muesli 

3 t. baking powder

1/2 t. salt

8 T. butter, cut in pieces

1 c. buttermilk

Preheat over to 450°F. Whisk together spelt, muesli, baking powder and salt.  Stir in butter and milk until just combined. Form 6 scones and place on a parchment paper lined baking pan. Press more muesli into the top of each bun. Bake for 15-20 min or until golden. Serve with butter and a drizzle of honey.
