This month I guess you could say we have officially “arrived” on the breakfast scene, hitting the shelves of 1,800 Target stores across the country. Even though we are entering our 4th year of business, more than likely, you are just discovering our brand. Between the funny name and oft-foreign “muesli,” you might just be wondering - who are we and how did we get here? What are we all about?
We are glad you asked. Here are the pillars behind our brand:
First Things First. We are putting a stake in the ground and flying a big “BREAKFAST” flag. It is our firm belief that a morning routine starting with an unprocessed, nutrient dense breakfast is the best thing you can do for your mental and physical state of being.
Keeping it Real. Every few years there is a hot new food trend or diet cult making waves. We are not nutritionists, doctors or food scientists, so we need to (and want to) keep it simple. That means real ingredients that we would use in our own family’s kitchen.
Don’t Sugar Coat it. Our world has been inundated with sugar for the last few decades. With everything else loaded up with sugar, your breakfast shouldn’t have to be. Our Bircher muesli is completely unsweetened and the rest have just enough honey to satisfy.
Nothing to Hide. We are far from perfect…a work in progress. Like sponges, we are trying to learn everything we can to improve our products and customer experience. There is so much to be done to cleanup the cereal aisle and beyond, but we will take our time, and will not cut corners along the way.
