I’d say we really aren’t a smoothie family. Brady and I went through a smoothie phase in New York that lasted the better part of a year, but nowadays, I prefer a sit down morning meal that requires chewing and passing and silverware. But this morning, after 2 really solid staycation days as a fam, I felt the need to jumpstart our late morning with this super smoothie.
• 1 cup Original Toasted muesli
• 1 cup almond milk
• 2 cups fresh blueberries
• Juice from ½ lime
• Drizzle of maple syrup
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Serve chilled.
